Bio

This journal is not my journal - it belongs to Merílfen, of Clan Dikara, of Iron Heritage, a twenty-year-old Changeling of the Spring Court. She and her companions criss-cross medevial-times Scotland (and sometimes, they cross the borders to visit other countries), their next destination decided only by the whims of Fate and the orders given to them by various Matriarchs - who do not tolerate failure.

NAME: Merílfen, of Clan Dikara.
FIRST IMPRESSION: Slightly nervous, insecure. Resourceful. Playful, lively. Has a small minoritycomplex.
HAIR: Waist-length, black, thick. In Fae-Mien she has small, white flowers blossoming in it. Usually worn lose or in a wrist-thick single plait down her back.
SKIN: Slightly tanned.
HEIGHT: Tiny! Approximately 4'8".
EYES: Green. In Fae-mien, they are even more intense green, and strangely alluring.
FACE: Symmetric, pretty. High cheekbones. Can remind of a cat. Smiles a lot.
CLOTHES: Standard mortal dress appropriate for the Middle Ages, in earthly colours.
BODY: Slim, petite.
OTHER: Cat ears in Fae-Mien. Almost always carries her bow and arrows with her, slung across her back, and in one of the pockets of her skirt she has several more bowstrings should the one she currently uses snap or be damaged.
AMBITIONS: Saving the world?
FEARS: Not to be accepted; to be caught without a way out; betrayal.
LIKES: Playing. Animals in general, cats especially. Men. Music, dancing, having fun. Baking. Taking care of others. Cuddling.
DISLIKES: Being pressured, ignored, or laughed at. Mess. Authority people who make it clear that they are of higher rank (think the Silûdar family).
HABITS: Sewing, tidying. Plays with her hair when she is nervous or when she sees something she likes.
IMPORTANT/PERSONAL ITEMS (THINGS SHE IS SELDOM SEEN WITHOUT): -

Illian: Firstborn of the Autumn Court, a close friend of both Kelthain and Daerian. In the picture, he is the priest.
Cináed: Inanimae of the Summer Court, a soldier from the War of Seasons. In the picture, he is the smith.
Aeve: Ditzy wind-Inanimae of the Spring Court. VeLern's pupil. Was set to watch Solstice and Cináed in Malkin Tower, to make sure they did not break the law again. She is not in the picture.
(Tuki: Firstborn of the Autumn Court, apprentice and foster-son to Kelthain. In the picture he is the guy with the fancy cloak.)*

* Due to Victor having to leave us to do initial service, Tuki is currently roaming around somewhere in Eastern Europe.

The green man in the picture is known as Solstice, but he...disentegrated into dirt during an ever-so-slightly illegal trip into a mortal's cellar.
